It’s all about making the tools feel more like your tools.
As Microsoft moves away from legacy MFA methods, it’s more important than ever to stay in the loop.
We’ve added a new indicator to your Security Report dashboard showing the status of the MFA migration for each tenant — giving you better visibility and helping you stay proactive with your security strategy.
Troubleshooting login issues just got easier. The Login Tracker report now includes clear reasons for failed logins, so you can instantly see what went wrong — whether it's a password issue, MFA problem, or something else entirely.
Less guesswork. Faster resolutions.
These updates are all about giving you more clarity, more control, and more confidence in your tools — so you can deliver an even better service to your clients.

Push MFA lets you quickly verify a user's identity by sending a push notification straight to their registered device. In simple terms, when you select a tenant and a user in MSP Easy Tools and click “Send Push Notification,” the tool sends a secure request to the user’s device to confirm their identity.
Cybercriminals are getting bolder, often trying to trick support teams into giving them access to accounts. With Push MFA, you can easily confirm that the person you’re talking to is who they say they are. Because the push notification goes only to one trusted device, it greatly reduces the chance of fraud. Plus, you’ll get an alert if a new authentication method is added—keeping you informed and one step ahead.
Bonus: A Great Training Resource
Push MFA also serves as a valuable training tool. As an MSP, you can send a Push MFA notification to an unsuspecting customer (with the business owner's agreement). If the notification is accepted without a second thought, it might be a sign that additional training is needed. This helps ensure that staff aren’t casually clicking on rogue links and understand the real dangers of phishing and other cyber threats.
